Hairpins and dynamics

Step by step

1. In the palette pick Crescendo or Diminuendo and click the note where it starts: the hairpin runs to the end of the measure.
2. Click it to select it: two handles appear under its ends to widen or shorten it.
3. Each end has a spot for a dynamic, showing the suggested one (p → f on a crescendo). Click it to choose another, from ppp to fff, or none.
